会社で同じ部署の後輩がプレゼンテーションを行うことになりました。彼はあなたと一緒にプレゼンテーションをしたいと頼んできました。自信のなさからそう言っていると見て取ったあなたは、そのお願いを断ります。例えば私なら「ごめん。できたらいいのだけど、その日に私も顧客との会議があって無理なんだよ。大丈夫。君ならひとりでできるよ。もしプレゼンテーションの資料を私に見てほしければ、いつでも送ってくれてかまわないよ。いい?」くらいでしょうか。

look over は「(ざっと)目を通す」。

commitment は「約束」。
 
でも心配するなよ。君がひとりで十分以上にそれができるのはわかっているから。
But relax. I know you are more than capable of doing it by yourself.
 
more than capable は「capable(できる)以上」ということ。
