Today’s dialog
Megan: Megan is fine, Jake. Thanks.
Jake: Now, we know your last mission almost ended in disaster.
Megan: Yes, but we returned to Earth safely.
Jake: Did you discover anything in space?
Megan: Well, yes…in some sense, we did.
Jake: Someone said that you went through a time warp.
Megan: Do you find that idea unbelievable?
Jake: No, not really. But where and when did you go?
Megan: Let me try to explain….
end in ~: ~に終わる
disaster: 災難
in some sense: ある意味では、一面では
go through ~: ~を経験する
