Yuji: It really is. But I’m afraid it’s beyond my budget. Is there any chance I could get a discount?
Ms. Wang: Hmm… I can give you 10 percent off.
Yuji: OK. How long does it take to make one?
Ms. Wang: We can make it today and deliver it to your hotel.

Sally: Bob, all my paintings look the same. I want to improve my art. Do you have any advice?
Bob: I have a couple of ideas, Sally. First, you should go to art museums to get inspiration.
Sally: OK, I can do that. Anything else?
Bob: Your brushstrokes should be more varied so as to make your paintings more interesting.
Sally: Can I use my fingers too?
Bob: Sure, that’s a good technique. You don’t have to rely on brushes only.

例えば「現金を全然持っていないことに今気がつきました。いくらか貸してくれませんか？ 次に会ったときに返しますから」など。
