いつも上機嫌のテッド。羨ましく思ったアリスがその理由を尋ねます。
Alice: Ted, can I ask you a personal question?
Ted: Sure, if it’s not too personal.
Alice: You’re always so positive and happy. Why is that?
Ted: Actually, when I was younger, I was really negative all the time. But I changed.
Alice: Could you explain how you changed?
Ted: I started to focus on the good things in my life, not the bad things.
Alice: Is that all?
Ted: Yes, it’s as simple as that.
