have は位置がイメージされる動詞でした。今回は「含む」の include、contain、involve 。「中に入っている」－こちらも位置が想起される動詞です。

Roland: Hi. Do you have any travel packages for Japan?
Agent: I recommend this one. It includes a unique hotel near the Inland Sea.
Roland: Really? What’s so unique about it?
Agent: Of course the seafood is excellent, and the views are spectacular. But this package includes a free late-night ramen stand inside the hotel.
Roland: I love ramen. I’m looking forward to eating ramen in Japan.
Agent: And the price of the whole package is reasonable.
Roland: Sounds great. I’ll go for it.

look forward to は、「～を楽しみにしている」。頻出フレーズでその進行形。後ろには「名詞」が来ます。前置詞 to の後ろに動詞句内容がくるときには、この文のように動詞 -ing形となります。
③for のニュアンス
I’ll go for it.
go for … は「～にする(選ぶ）」。

include にはリストがイメージされています。いくつかの項目の中の１つとして「含む」ということ。キーセンテンスでは、ツアーが提供するサービス項目の１つだということですね。
同じ「含む」でも、contain は大きくイメージが異なります。container は「容器」。容器状のものが想像され「中に入っている」がイメージされます。
Each tablet contains enough vitamin C for a day.
「含む」には involve もあります。「含む・伴う・参加させる・関わらせる」などさまざまに訳されますが、「in(中に）volve(巻き込む）」という語源通り、強力な磁石に釘が引きつけられるように強く、必然的に、関わるモノを引きつけ・巻き込みます。
