彼女の薬指の指輪に気がついたと思うけど。つまり君の恋愛は無理だということ。
You must have noticed the ring on her ring finger. That means she’s out of bounds.
 
must have は「~したにちがいない」。過去の内容を現在「~にちがいない」と強く推測する形です。out of bounds は「立ち入り禁止・不適当な」
 
でも海にはたくさん魚がいるものだよ。絶対ガールフレンドは見つかるから。
But there are plenty of fish in the sea, so you’ll definitely find a girlfriend.
 
plenty of は「たくさんの」。
 
手始めに金曜日に僕の誕生日会に来ないかい? いい人が見つかるかもしれないよ。
For starters, how about coming to my birthday party on Friday? You may find someone nice.
 
「手始めに」は for starters とも表現できます。
