Natsumi: It’s been four years already.
Mr. Stevens: Are you enjoying working in the big city?

Mr. Ito: Oh, nothing serious. We sold only three cups of shaved ice yesterday.
Nami: Only three? What happened? We were selling dozens before.
Mr. Ito: Other shops have started selling rose wine-flavored shaved ice too. There’s too much competition.
Nami: I have an idea. Let’s try selling caviar-flavored shaved ice.
Mr. Ito: Caviar? Yuck! Isn’t that salty?
Nami: Yes, but young people like salty desserts these days.
Mr. Ito: Where can we get caviar-flavored syrup?
Nami: Let me look into it, Dad.

Miranda: I’m doing well, Takuma. My presentation was a success.
Takuma: That’s wonderful. You really worked hard on it.
Miranda: Yes, and there was a famous person in the audience.
Takuma: Really? Who was it?
Miranda: Professor Peacock, the archaeologist, was there! He said my presentation was interesting.
Takuma: Wow, that’s so great. What did he like about it?
Miranda: He liked my comparison of ancient Rome with modern-day Tokyo.
