Deepak: Of course. What would you like to have?

Barbara: I saw the Tandoori Special on your website.

Deepak: Yes, good choice. Only one?.

Barbara: That’s right, only one. Could you please have my order ready by seven?

Deepak: No problem.

Shiho: I think I should go home now, Doug.

Doug: I’m not having you walk home alone in this rain. Here, why don’t you come under my umbrella?

Shiho: Thank you, Doug. You’ve always been a gentleman. That’s why I like you so much.

Doug: Shiho, the feeling is mutual. It always has been. Maybe “like” is too weak a word.

Shiho: What do you mean?

Doug: What I’m trying to say is … will you marry me?

Shiho: … Yes!

Roxy: Oh, I never put milk in my tea, Grandpa.

Grandpa: Oh, why not? It’s very strong tea and tastes better with milk.

Roxy: Maybe, but I just prefer mine black.

Grandpa: In that case, we can make it a little weaker for you.

Roxy: That’s OK. I like strong tea. Now, how do I eat scones?

Grandpa: Usually with jam and clotted cream.

Roxy: Yum! They’re delicious!

Bill: Sure, Cynthia. What’s up?

Cynthia: Have you heard of the film director, Doris Williams?

Bill: Yeah, she’s the one who made that tap-dancing musical, right?

Cynthia: Right. She contacted me recently. She wants to make a documentary about the Desperate Rats.

Bill: Well, it’s about time somebody made a film about us.

Cynthia: So, you agree to the idea?

Bill: Sure, as long as it doesn’t put too much pressure on the band.

Cynthia: I’m sure it won’t.
