Today’s dialog
ヒロキが、バーバラの不動産事務所を訪れて、以前彼女から買ったマンションのことで相談しています。
Hiroki: Well, I know you’re a real estate agent.
Barbara: That’s my job. So, what can I do for you?
Hiroki: I need some advice about my condominium.
Barbara: Is anything wrong with it?
Hiroki: No, nothing. It’s just too large for me.
Barbara: Right, you were going to live there with your old girlfriend, yeah?
Hiroki: Yes. It’s a nice place, but I’m thinking about moving.
Barbara: If I were you, I wouldn’t move yet. You might want to give it some more thought.
Hiroki: Hmmm.
