Ethan: I know. They make the best green curry in Tokyo. In my opinion, anyway.
Miho: You might be right. So, where do you want to go now?
Ethan: I’m looking for a leather jacket.
Miho: There are several used clothing stores ahead by that small park.
Ethan: Do you want to get some coffee first?
Miho: No, later is OK. Ooh, I want to drop by that store.
Ethan: Oh, yeah, they sell all kinds of good stuff.
What is Ethan looking to get?
A: Hard candy.
B: Green curry.
C: A leather jacket.
Jessica: You’ll need a small deep-sea submarine.
Peacock: Can you think of a good one?
Jessica: I know just the one. The Hiroto 9000. It was created by Dr. Higashi.
Peacock: Oh, it’s a Japanese sub?
Jessica: Yes, it is quite advanced and has sophisticated monitoring equipment.
Peacock: Can we speak to this Dr. Higashi?
Jessica: I’ll look into it. I’ll try to get his contact information by tomorrow.
Peacock: Excellent, Jessica.
A: Jessica will enter the pyramid alone.
B: Dr. Higashi is Jessica’s friend.
C: The Hiroto 9000 is a submarine.
Caspar: It’s my ankle. I think I twisted it.
Doctor: Can you stand up and take a few steps for me?
Caspar: I can try. Ahh!! Um, it hurts to put weight on it.
Doctor: How did this happen?
Caspar: Well, I commute to work by train. I got distracted in the station, and…I went the wrong way on the escalator by mistake. I tripped and fell.
Doctor: These types of accidents are more and more common these days.
Caspar: Are they really?
Doctor: Yes, you’re not alone. But you need to be more careful.
A: He went the wrong way to the station.
B: He hurt his ancle.
C: He missed the train.
Caspar: It’s getting better little by little. It’s not as painful as it was a few days ago.
Alexis: That’s good. By the way, I think Umi said good morning in Japanese again today.
Caspar: She said, “Ohayo”?
Alexis: Or maybe she’s a fan of the state in the US.
Caspar: The state of Ohio? Funny.
Alexis: Anyway, Caspar, you’re pretty good at walking with a cane now.
Caspar: To tell you the truth, I think it’s stylish walking with a cane.
Alexis: Oh, yeah?
What does Casper think?
A: Walking with a cane is stylish.
B: He needs to take Umi to Ohio.
C: His ancle won’t get better.
