with a beautiful coat of fur :

What’s up?

SIMPLE ANSWER

I have a problem with my neighbor ‘s cat.

He is a cute little cat with a beautiful coat of fur, but he comes in through the kitchen window and scares my birds.

a cute little cat with a beautiful coat of fur comes in で「入ってくる」、その説明が through the kitchen window(キッチンの窓を通って)。

Can we talk after work?

after work は「仕事の後」。

ADVANCED ANSWER

I have a bit of a problem with my next-door neighbor’s cat.

a bit of は「ちょっとした」。

Actually, she’s a gorgeous cat with bright emerald eyes, but she often comes through our back garden and into the kitchen.

actually は「実際」。with bright emerald eyes で、with はやはり「一緒」の意識。

Could you drop by for a chat about this after work tonight?
