David: Hi, Nadia. I saw you and Aileen having a long chat by the coffee machine today.
Nadia: We weren’t chatting. We were arguing!
David: What were you arguing about?
Nadia: It’s kind of a long story, but we have different opinions about the company.
David: Oh, really? I heard a lot of laughing, so I thought you were chatting.
Nadia: Well, women can argue and laugh at the same time.
David: I see. Most men can’t do that so easily.

「平静を保つ」をどう作るのかがポイント。ここでは remain を使い「My boss = calm 」と。
