Sho: Yeah. There’s a big hall that can fit a lot of people.

Yota: I think it’s a great idea! It’s unique, so everyone who comes will remember it.

Sho: Also, I can ask Grandma to rent it out for cheap.

what you feel is best は what … is best（いちばんいいこと）に you feel（あなたが感じる）が挿入されたものだと考えるとわかりやすいです。

いちばんいいとあなたが感じることをしなさい。

このような挿入のパターンで使われる動詞には feel のほか、think、believe、know などがよく使われます。
