観光に来ているダンカンとミユキ。古い橋を渡っていこうとするダンカンをミユキは止めます。
Miyuki: This valley is so beautiful.
Duncan: Look at that castle over there! We can reach it easily if we go over that old bridge.
Miyuki: No way! It looks like it’s about to go. We should hike down into the valley instead.
Duncan: We’ll have to hike down and then climb up again.
Miyuki: But it will be worth it. It’s like life.
Duncan: What do you mean?
Miyuki: Life has its ups and downs. But if we keep fighting, we will get to our destination.

①will have to のニュアンス

will have to「～しなければならなくなりますよ」ということ。これが have to なら「しなければなりません」と、ピシャッと断言するニュアンス。しっかり身につけましょう。
and then は「それから」とつなぎで使われています。

この文では go は「壊れる」ということ。go のイメージは「元の場所から出ていき、進んでいく」。「正常な・本来あるべき姿、機能」から「出ていく」ということ。
単純な例から紹介しましょう。

その場から「出て行く」。
The pain will go soon.
（体から）痛みが「出ていく」ということ。
次も同じ使い方です。
The engine is gone.
エンジンが動かなくなったということ。
go のイメージは「出て行く」だけでなく「進んでいく」も含みます。
