今回は sorry. では物足りないケースを考えましょう。重要動詞 apologize の登場です。

カフェの持ち帰り用で注文した品が、間違っていることに気が付いたミナ。
Mina: What’s this? This isn’t the tea I ordered.
Guang: May I see your receipt?
Mina: I ordered green tea, not black tea.
Guang: Allow me to apologize. I’ll make a new one right away.
Mina: I’m kind of in a hurry. I’ll just take this one.
Guang: Please take this coupon so that you’ll get the next one for free.
Mina: OK, but please be more careful next time.
Guang: I will. Again, I’m very sorry about the mistake.
