Dr. Brown: Good news, Mr. Yamamoto. Your ankle is sprained, but it’s not broken.

Mr. Yamamoto: That’s a relief. I was worried.

Dr. Brown: It’s nothing too serious. Make sure to rest your ankle for the next few days. Avoid putting your weight on it.

Mr. Yamamoto: All right. Is there anything else I should do?

Dr. Brown: Yes. Don’t forget to ice it several times a day to reduce the swelling.

Mr. Yamamoto: I understand. Thank you, Dr. Brown.

Dr. Brown: You’re welcome. You should be feeling much better soon.

Karen: Ethan, why didn’t you answer my texts? I tried to call you three times.

Ethan: I’m sorry, Mom. My battery died, and I didn’t notice.

Karen: You were supposed to contact me by nine. I had no idea what was going on.

Ethan: I know. That’s my fault.

Karen: Don’t let this happen again. I was really worried.

Ethan: I understand. I’m sorry.

Karen: If something like this happens, borrow a friend’s phone and call me.

Ethan: I will. Thanks for coming to get me.

Karen: Let’s go home.

Jason: Good news. I worked on the project at home last night and finished the report.

Yukiko: That’s great. Just so I know, how did you access the file from home?

Jason: I emailed it to my personal account.

Yukiko: Jason, you know that’s against company policy. Employees must not send company files to personal accounts.

Jason: I was just trying to get the work done faster.

Yukiko: I understand, but you shouldn’t do that under any circumstances. Customer data may not leave our secure system.

Jason: Understood. It won’t happen again.

Yukiko: Good. Please report it to IT right away.

Daichi: Liz? You’re not supposed to be back here. This area is for mechanics only.

Liz: Relax. I just wanted to say hello. And see how my car is doing.

Daichi: It’s coming along fine, but this area isn’t safe for visitors.

Liz: I promise I won’t touch anything.

Daichi: That’s not the issue. There are safety rules for a reason.

Liz: All right, all right. I’ll go back to the office.

Daichi: Thanks. I’ll come give you an update in a few minutes.

Be Liz: Don’t keep me waiting too long.
