Yui: I see. Do we know what’s causing it?
Richard: Complaints about slow response times and unclear communication.
Yui: Understood. I’ll review our current process and propose some viable improvements.
Richard: Good. I want a solid plan on my desk by Friday.
Yui: Got it. I’ll make it a priority.
