Today’s dialog

Carl: Glad to have you back, Setsuko. Last time, you made sushi. That was fun. You had everybody laughing with your jokes.

Setsuko: I am from Osaka. Many people there love telling jokes.

Carl: So, what are we making today?

Setsuko: It is a dish called okonomiyaki. Have you ever had it?

Carl: No. What is it?

Setsuko: It’s a kind of pancake, but there’s lots of good stuff inside.

Carl: For example?

Setsuko: Things like cabbage, sliced pork, and seafood.

Carl: That’s a very different kind of pancake! Sounds delicious!
