Taeko: Nice to meet you, Brian. I’m Taeko. I’ve seen pictures of this place on your website. But it’s bigger than I imagined.
Brian: Yes, we’ve recently expanded. Our company is growing all the time. So, you live in Tokyo. Is that right?
Taeko: Yes. I live in a convenient part of the city. On the other hand, the rent is high.
Brian: Oh, it’s probably not as high as this area.
