Theo: True…but what if we baked him a cake ourselves?

Jennifer: Us? You know we’re not exactly great in the kitchen.

Theo: Just an idea, but he’d probably love something homemade more than anything fancy.

Jennifer: That’s actually sweet. OK. But if it comes out burnt, you’re explaining it.

Theo: Deal. Let’s start with a practice cake.

A: They are not good at cooking.

B: They booked dinner.

C: They already baked a cake for Dad.

Emily: Oh… I didn’t know it was that soon. If it’s her last meal, I recommend Sushi Yamaga. It’s authentic and memorable.

Daichi: That’s exactly what I was thinking.

Emily: She’ll love it. It’ll feel like home.

Daichi: Thanks, Emily.

Emily: Sure. I hope she likes it. You never take me anywhere that fancy, though. It’s always ramen.

A: Japan.

B: A fancy restaurant.

C: A ramen shop.

Roza: Thanks. I’m looking at this jacket. Do you have this in a small?

Staff: Let me check… OK, here you go. Would you like to try it on?

Roza: Yes, please. Where are the fitting rooms?

Staff: Right over there.

(After trying it on)

Roza: It fits well, but do you have it in another color?

Staff: We have it in navy and in beige.

Roza: I’ll take the navy one. Thank you.

A: A navy jacket in a small.

B: A beige jacket in a small.

C: A white jacket in a medium.

Roza: Hi. I’d like to return this jacket.

Staff: Sure. Was there an issue with it?

Roza: No, not really. It fits, but I changed my mind about the color.

Staff: No problem. Do you have the receipt?

Roza: Yes, here it is.

Staff: Great. How did you pay?

Roza: By card.

Staff: OK. We’ll refund it to your card. It may take a few days to process.

Roza: That’s fine. Thank you.

A: Her business card.
