Daiki: What? But I was sure you’d say yes.
Barbara: Let’s look at this realistically. We’re business rivals. We shouldn’t be working together.
Daiki: Are you sure? I’ve been watching videos that say it’s possible.
Barbara: I wouldn’t trust those. People love to give advice, but we never see the results.
Daiki: Wow, you’re a hard sell, Barbara.
Barbara: Trust me, we’re better off as friends than as business partners.
Daiki: All right.
go into business: ビジネス・事業を始める
realistically: 現実的に
hard sell: 説得しにくい人
trust me: (命令形で) 本当に、真面目な話だが
