あるいはさらに強く禁止するには Never ～ を使えばいいでしょう。

up は注意力をアップさせてという感じ。
Remember で始まる命令文もマーク。「忘れるな」ですね。
plagiarize は少し難しい単語ですが、学生なら知っておくべきでしょう。
他人の文章や内容を盗用する、剽窃（ひょうせつ）するということ。
名詞は plagiarism。
copy someone else’s work (他人の作品をコピーする)ということです。
注意事項としてよく出てくる単語ですよ。
