命令形は「～してね」という感じで、親しい間柄の人にはカジュアルに使うことができます。then（それから）を使ってさらに命令形をつなぎ、指示内容をまとめて伝える練習をしてみましょう。
then は副詞ですが、「それから、次に」という意味で二つの節(文）をつなぐことができ、and（接続詞）と同じように使うことが出来ます。

then は and を伴って、… and then の形で使われることもあります。
