Mr. Kato: Has he decided on a location?

Barbara: Yes, he’s looked at several renovated condos, and he’s considering one now.

Mr. Kato: Is there an issue with it?

Barbara: Well, he is on the fence. He says the closet is too small.

Mr. Kato: Why don’t you talk to the contractors? Maybe they can enlarge it.

Barbara: Oh, I hadn’t thought about that.

Cynthia: Thanks, Bill. I’ll never forget about the Desperate Rats.

Bill: Hey, we’ll play music for your school festival.

Ms. Jetz: But everything’s fine now, right?

Mr. Smith: Maybe in the spring, when it’s warmer.
