Daiki: How about getting a café latte at the new Big West Coffee in Ginza?
Barbara: Wonderful, I love Ginza! How’s three o’clock?

Grandpa: Well, it certainly is a very big museum. You can’t see everything in one day.
Roxy: I mainly want to visit the Ancient Middle East section. Oh, look at this figure.
Grandpa: It’s a young girl with wings and feet like a bird’s. That’s pretty weird, eh?
Roxy: The description says she’s a goddess. But look at her face. She looks familiar.
Grandpa: She does, Roxy. She looks…a little like you!
Roxy: You’re right, Grandpa. We have the same eyes!
Grandpa: What a coincidence!
Mr. Emori: I haven’t been to Yokohama in years.
Adeline: It hasn’t changed much, but there is a new small French restaurant in this area.
Mr. Emori: Oh, let’s have lunch there!
Adeline: OK. But first could you look at this haiku I wrote?
Mr. Emori: Certainly, Adeline. Hmmm. Very nice. May I make a little suggestion?
Adeline: Of course.
Mr. Emori: There’s a little problem with this line. It needs another syllable. How about adding this word?
Adeline: Oh, my! Or, maybe change this to this…
Mr. Emori: Yes, that works now!

Caspar: We didn’t see too much of the city. We went straight to the basketball arena.
Alexis: Did your team win?
Caspar: Yes, but it was a close game.
Alexis: Did Matsumura Hiroto play well?
Caspar: Yes, he dunked five times! And Yoichi was so happy! He cheered and even hugged me!
Alexis: Wow, I didn’t know you were such close friends with Yoichi.
Caspar: Well, he’s normally quiet, but he gets hyped up about basketball.
