Alexis: Hello. I’m looking for a limited edition watch. Here’s a photo of it.
Clerk: Oh, I know the one. Unfortunately, we don’t carry that item anymore.
Alexis: Really? I heard that they were available here.
Clerk: They were until recently. I’m very sorry, ma’am.
Alexis: Aww man. It’s such a pretty watch….
Clerk: Do you have a membership card? If you do, I can give you 10% off any of our other watches.
Alexis: I do. I always carry it, just in case.
