Hiroki: Hi, Alana. What are you doing?
Alana: Hi, Hiroki. One of the screws on my office chair has come loose, so I’m wondering how to fix it.
Hiroki: It’s easy. Just use a screwdriver.
Alana: That’s the problem. I don’t have a screwdriver.
Hiroki: Oh, me neither. Wait a minute. I think I can tighten the screw with my penknife.
Alana: Really? Well, it’s worth a try.
Hiroki: There you go. Perfect.
Alana: Thank you so much, Hiroki. What would I do without you?
