Cindy: Yes, it’s a quiet place. First, I want to show you a historical landmark to the left here.
Mr. Emori: Is this it? It’s a very old Japanese gate.
Cindy: That’s right. This is the place where the Meiji Emperor rested while traveling.
Mr. Emori: Wow! To my surprise, you know more about Japanese history than I do.

Hiroki: Yes, I’m having problems again.
Hiroko: Just between you and me, I knew that already.
Hiroki: How?
Hiroko: I know. I can read between the lines. You and your girlfriend broke up, right?
Hiroki: Yes, we did! Anything else?
Hiroko: There is another woman.
Hiroki: No, you’re wrong. That’s over.
Hiroko: I don’t know about that.

Megan: What is it? Some kind of green crystal egg? Where did it come from?
Akira: It must have come from the aliens. It’s not part of our equipment.
Megan: Why would they leave us an egg?
Akira: I can’t say for sure yet, but I think it’s a message to us.

Will: Yes, I did. I saw him at the shopping mall. He’s grown into a fine young man.
Riko: I’m not sure about that, but thank you.
Will: He’s very handsome. He must be popular with the girls.
Riko: Too popular. He spends too much time on his phone. He needs to get into his studies more.
