get rid of … ～を処分する、捨てる
leather 革
wear すり減る、身につける、着る（過去 wore、過分 worn）
wear … out ～をすり切らす
elbow 肘
Add some flour to the mixture and stir it until it becomes thick.
add 加える
flour 小麦粉
mixture 混合物
stir … ～をかき混ぜる
thick (本、生地などが）厚い、（ロープなどが）太い、（スープなどが）濃い、とろみのある
