「世界にはたくさんの問題があります」は皆さんすぐにできましたよね？
There are ・・・で始めればOK. world（世界）には通常 the をつけます。
the は「１つに決まる」を意味する冠詞。世界は「１つ」しかありませんからね。
but のあと、ここでは I am sure(確信している)を使って自信を表してみました。
何が I am sure なのか、その内容が we can make our world a better place。
この文の型が分かりましたか？ そう、「目的語説明型」ですよ。
