may は「かもしれない」。この may が使えれば合格。
2 I must introduce my fiancé to my parents there.
なぜ行くかもしれないのか、その理由がこれで説明されています。
introduce +人+ to〜で「人を〜に紹介する」
so でなめらかにつないでいます。
上の2つの文をまとめて、次のように言うことも出来ます。
I may go to Hawaii next month to introduce my fiancé to my parents there.
私の両親に婚約者を紹介するためにハワイに行くかもしれない。

1 I realize I must introduce my fiancée to my parents in Hawaii, but I’m really nervous about it, so I’ve been putting it off.
2 I may go to a conference there, so I think that would be an ideal chance.
日本語訳例
ハワイにいる両親に婚約者を紹介しなくちゃいけないことは分かっているんだけど、すごく不安でずっと延期していたんだ。
そこでの会議に行くかもしれないので、理想的なチャンスだろうなと思っているんだよ。
1 realize は「分かる」。clearly understand（はっきりと理解している）ということ。must （～しなくてはならない）が使われて「しなくちゃならないことは分かっている」。
but 以下の文、nervous は「不安で、緊張して」。so 以下には現在完了進行形が出てきています。put off （延期する）の現在完了進行形で「ずっと延期している」。
2 may が出てきました。「会議に行くかもしれない」。そのあと、that will be なら確信に満ちた「理想的なチャンス」ですが、 would と過去形を使って控えめに表現することにより「だろうな」。
SIMPLE ANSWER より情報量があって人情味あふれる表現ですが、使われている表現は平易で学習済みのものばかり。やる気になれば皆さんもこのくらい、すぐに言えるようになります。と講師の言葉です。
