Chris: It suits you. By the way, how was your lunch with Onishi-sensei yesterday?
Safiya: It was nice. We had sushi.
Chris: Was it good?
Safiya: It was, but surprisingly the restaurant ran out of pickled ginger. Then Onishi-sensei laughed and said, “No ginger? Shoga nai desu ne.”
Chris: He used that old joke again?
Safiya: Yeah. I like him, but I hate his sense of humor.
