Mr. Emori: Yes, exactly. Well, I guess we should be going now. That was a delicious matcha latte.
Adeline: Let me get it. I insist.
Mr. Emori: Thank you, Adeline! That’s very kind of you.

observe: ～を観察する
exactly: まさにそのとおり
