hey はアテンション・ゲッター。相手の注意を引く表現。次の文は付加疑問文。ここでは前が肯定文ですから、否定疑問 isn’t it を加えます。

as ~ as の後ろには、computer の繰り返しを避けるため代用の one 。それを関係詞節で修飾「あなたが買ったばかりの」。

a lot cheaper は比較級の強調。「はるかに安い」。
